Thank you for checking with us about your request. You mentioned that you had submitted the required forms. We do have an undated letter from you containing six (6) points regarding your request.

We can allow your usage of the New King James Version in your teaching module on the Internet as you have described it. The provisions are:

1. An acknowledgment for the New King James Version must be used. Regarding this particular usage in that you have adapted certain Scriptures from the translation for your purposes, the acknowledgment must read: “Scriptures are taken or adapted from the New King James Version. Copyright © 1982 by Thomas Nelson, Inc. Used by permission.”
2. This permission will extend for a period of three years from the date of this permission.
